Reservation For Those Who Actually Need It

There is a long story behind the "Reservation system".From so long year there are some upper caste people put those lower caste people underfoot .Rabindranath Tagore said,

"হে মোর দুর্ভাগা দেশ,যাদের করেছ অপমান।

অপমানে হতে হবে তাহাদের সবার সমান।।"

There were inequality and reservation system gave them equal right so that the competition would be fair enough.

In 1990 as per Mondal commission report 55% population belong to backward classes.At that time it was decided to give 49.5% reservation.From that time some people have been  using their reservation certificate to get Govt job and college admission.Many of them are well established now.

We are very happy after seeing that it's helping our backward class people..

But ...but..

The problem starts when those people getting their certificate in heritage.Even that person has house,car, enough money to do luxurious things but still using that certificate.

Inequality starts again.

Still that is not so much important but when I see some of the needy persons who are also either sc, st or obc , not getting benefits because they don't have that certificate and the most important they don't know how to make that.

Inequality remains same even after 72 yrs  of independence.May be it will remain same for 10-20 yrs more.But those people who are thinking ,

"No,I am not doing any illegal work ; it's my right" .

I want to say them just think over those persons who really need that ; they are not getting benefits of it because you are misusing.

You can make fool everyone but how will you make your conscience understand this :

" কোনো ভালো স্কুল এ না পড়া,কোনো প্রাইভেট শিক্ষক কাছে না পড়ে,আধ পেটা খাওয়া ছেলেটার সিট টা ; AC চালিয়ে biriryani খাওয়া ছেলেটা কেড়ে নিয়ে তার মা কে বলবে " মা ,আমি admission পেয়ে গেছি"।। আর সেই আধ পেটা খাওয়া ছেলেটাকে তার মা সান্ত্বনা দেবে " কাঁদে না বাবা,আমাদের অত বড় সপ্ন দেখতে নেই।"

প্রথম জন চলে যাবে কলেজ admission এ আর পরের জন যাবে কোনো কাজের ঠিকানায়।

"পেটের জ্বালা যে বড় দায়।

স্বপ্ন দেখা কি আর গরিব কে মানায় ।।"
